Shwe Kyee was founded in 1950 by U Swel and Saw Than Ngwe and In 1960, they upgraded their bakery from homemade to industrial and working with professionals.In 2009, they registered their business as Shwe Kyee Limited and expand their business to all over the country with a workforce of over 300 using modernized machines at the factory in East Dagon Industrial Zone.
The Challenges:
Our client wanted to develop a human resource management system that can handle all operations which were previously managed through paper forms and time-consuming manual processes.
